My journey began early—raised in a family practicing Shaivism and Buddhism, I grew up immersed in meditation and yoga. Later, at Brown University Medical School, I learned the skills to connect deeply and support others in moments of need.
While working as an ER physician in NYC during COVID, I witnessed the toll of stress and burnout on myself, my colleagues, and our patients. In response, I began leading small meditations for residents and nurses—many of whom had never practiced before. I watched as, even in the midst of crisis, meditation allowed stress to melt away and compassion to re-emerge.
This path led me deeper into modern therapeutic approaches, especially Internal Family Systems (IFS) and shadow work. These modalities empower people to uncover the roots of their thoughts and behaviors, creating rapid, transformative change.
Today, I bring together decades of spiritual practice, clinical expertise, and therapeutic training to create safe, transformative spaces for healing. Psychedelics—especially ketamine—play a powerful role in this work, opening new pathways for neuroplasticity and deep integration.
I’m honored to guide people at the intersection of spirituality, psychedelics, psychotherapy, and science—supporting profound connection to self, others, and the world.
I hold certifications from Fluence, Integrative Psychiatric Institute (IPI), IFS Institute, International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, OSHO International, and Embodied Masculine.
Currently practice elements of Kriya, Hatha, and Kundalini yoga, OSHO Active Meditations, sound meditation, Vipassana Meditation and Buddhism, Non-dual Tantra, and Neotantra.
