THE HUMAN CURRICULUM
NEXT COHORT: JANUARY 6, 13, 20, 27; FEBRUARY 10
We walk through this world with every narrative but self-love.
Am I enough? Am I too much? I need to change. I need to have more, do more, be more.
We’ve tried all the work, but it hasn’t worked yet. What’s missing?
A curriculum on how to love yourself and navigate your emotions- in this very moment.
The Human Curriculum is simple.
We begin by befriending ourselves with tools for love, forgiveness, celebration, and gratitude.
From there, we learn to regulate our systems — cultivating a steady foundation of self safety that allows us to feel deeply and rest in the truth: I am okay.
Then, we dive deeper. We bring our emotions, thoughts, and sensations into the light — to listen, to care, and learn from them.
And finally, we emerge together.
Present with what is.
Resourced for whatever comes.
And deeply in love with ourselves.
The Human Curriculum is anchored in community: the community you hold inside of yourself, and the community you can develop as you undertake this journey together. The protocol features:
Structured daily practice and check ins;
Weekly group sessions with solo and group practices, sharing circles, and guidance;
Partner, group, and facilitator accountability and support;
A 30 minute 1:1 session to deepen your individual work.
Week by Week Syllabus
Week I: Celebration and Gratitude - Lifting the veil on the beauty that your live already presents.
We build the ground floor of your new daily practice by celebrating who you already are and the world that surrounds you.
Week II: Affirmation - Tackling your inner critic.
With celebration and gratitude practices in place, we introduce a new voice to your inner eco-system that reminds you that you are worthy of love, compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness.
Week III: It’s Okay - Learning how to feel your feelings.
Supported by this new baseline of self-love and awareness, we start identifying and navigating your feelings and emotions, and build your capacity to be with what is happening inside of you.
Week IV: Checking In - Opening your inner landscape of parts.
We bring in a simple and impactful parts work framework to extract the meaning and messages from your feelings, and to update parts that have been running old loops and patterns.
Week V: Deepening - Making the protocol yours.
An individualized 1-on-1 coaching sessions with one of The Human Curriculum facilitators in order to dive into your unique experience in the protocol.
Week VI: Integration - Daily practice for a lifetime.
We work together to lay the groundwork for how these daily practices will move in your life going forward.
What will you take away from this?
A tool kit to be with the present moment, feel your feelings, and love yourself;
An ongoing community dedicated to evolving and supporting each other; and
Access to future advanced programs, offerings, and retreats.
